Briar & I met in 2018 in college while both attending Central Michigan University through mutual friends. We actually were introduced to one another at a local watering hole (bar) in Mount Pleasant, The Gator Bar & Grill, and quickly became good friends! Briar was 21-years old, and I was 20.


After a few months of knowing each other, we both agreed that we wanted to go on a date but were nervous to tell our friends in case we didnt end up working out. So, we had a secret date over winter break, and when we returned for the second semester in 2019, we broke the news to our friends, who were all excited and not weirded out like we thought they would be (lol).


Briar officially asked me to be his girlfriend on January 29, 2019!


Throughout the years, the two of us have conquered graduating college, having a brief long-distance relationship during COVID-19, starting our careers in the real world, moving countless times to different cities & rental homes, getting engaged, becoming dog parents, and now getting to share our special day with our favorite people!


We are so excited to celebrate with you all & are truly thankful for each and every one of you for having a hand in our love story. We love you!
