The ceremony and reception will be at Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA. Located in a residential neighborhood, you may initially drive past the driveway. Look for balloons on your left hand side!

Cocktail attire

Guests can start arriving at the venue at 3:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We will have a string quartet playing to welcome guests.

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors! The reception will be under the tented terrace of the estate house. Guests are permitted to go into the house during the reception.

All guests will need to get to the venue on their own. However, we will arrange transportation for guests staying at the hotel back after the wedding. Driving: If you would like to drive, you can. There is a guest parking lot on your left once you arrive. You are welcome to leave your car overnight at Appleford, if you would prefer to enjoy the party! Guests must pick up their car by 11 am on Saturday, October 4. Uber: Since our ceremony is on a Friday afternoon, we would recommend giving yourselves about 20 minutes to get to the venue from the hotel.

Due to a noise ordinance, all music needs to stop at 10 pm. But that does not mean the party will end! Join us for an after party in the hotel lobby bar!
