Julia and Sterling met in the summer of 2024 during an English class in the summer session at BYU-I. They had the class and got to collaborate for the 6 weeks of the course, when school started up fully again. Julia and Sterling never thought they would see each other again. Luckily for them, God had other things in mind. They saw each other even more than they had in the summer, and shortly after school started in the fall, they began dating. They dated for just over a year, experiencing many ups and downs, and created priceless memories along the way. After many months of waiting, Sterling finally asked Julia if she would marry him, and she said yes!
