We are excited to share this fusion celebration with you! Our events will reflect a coming together of our different cultures and backgrounds including - secular Jewish, Italian, and Indian Hindu components.
This event will combine components of a western rehearsal dinner welcome event with a Sangeet Mehndi (henna) party. A Sangeet is a colorful, fun, festive night of dancing and celebration.
Festive cocktail attire – the more colorful the better! And clothes you can dance in!

Western Options: Cocktail attire that you'd wear to a rehearsal dinner
What should the guys wear?
Indian Options: Kurta-Pajamas (long top + pants underneath + scarf).
Western Options: Cocktail attire, slacks + nice button-down shirt
After the bride and groom participate in a private Ketubah signing (a traditional Jewish ceremony that signifies equality and love) the wedding guests are invited to join in the Baraat (a celebratory procession to bring the groom – who will be riding a horse – to the wedding venue with as much fervor as possible!). The bride and grooms’ families will greet each other, and guests will be seated for the fusion ceremony. Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour, followed by a reception with dancing, food, and celebration.
