A jägerbomb which Connor so generously offered to buy at one of their favorite college bars, and which Julia pretended to like to impress him.

Since that first drink and then the official start of our relationship on September 29, 2018, there has never been a dull moment. We moved in together the week Chicago went into full Covid lockdown, brought home Eddie (the light of our lives), lived in good apartments and bad ones (if you know, you know), made some major life choices and changes, and have traveled the world together.

All of these adventures led to the biggest one yet when what started as a drink at Dublin Square in East Lansing culminated with a Guinness and an engagement in Dublin, Ireland. On March 18, 2023, Connor proposed in Iveagh Gardens and Julia said "Oh my God!" a few times, forgetting that the proper response was "yes," (but don't worry, we got there).

We truly can't wait to take on this next chapter of our lives together and we are so excited to have you all joining us to celebrate!
