Julia and Drew met in October of 2019 through a mutual friend. Their first date was to a Dave and Buster’s where Drew got to show off his skills with ski ball and Julia got to show off her skills of sitting at the bar and cheering Drew on!
When Covid hit in 2020, Drew and Julia became long distance. Drew was back at home with his parents and Julia was in Pittsburgh nannying full time for her sister’s children. FaceTime calls and spontaneous weekend visits helped their relationship grow and flourish during those hectic times.
Once graduating college in 2021, the couple moved back to their home towns, which luckily were only an hour apart. Over the past few years Drew and Julia have continued their weekend visits where they enjoy family time, brunch dates, and TV show marathons.
In January 2024 Drew asked Julia to marry him right back in the same place they met years prior (Pittsburgh!)
The couple looks forward to starting their lives together in Conshohocken, PA.
