The ceremony starts at 6pm, so we ask that everyone try to arrive between 5:30 and 5:50pm. If you are taking the bus to and from the venue, the bus will depart from "The Hilton Garden Inn" at 4:45pm sharp to ensure timely arrival at The Windmill House. We recommend getting to bus pick-up at 4:30 for loading.

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire: Some examples would be suit or slacks & a button up for men. Long or short dress & heels for women. Cowboy boots are welcome as there will be country dancing!

Of course we cannot predict the weather, but historically it has been anywhere from the 70s to mid 80s during the day and drops down around the 50s to 60s at night. The ceremony will be outside about an hour before sunset and the reception will be indoor with plenty of space outdoor on the patio (with a fire pit for warmth). Please keep an eye on the weather report as we get closer in case of potential rain, so you can prepare accordingly! (Fingers crossed for clear skies!)

The reception ends with a sparkler send off at 11:15pm. If traveling back on the party bus, it departs at 11:30pm.

You are more than welcome to stay in Chino Valley! We prefer Prescott because there is more to do, more places to stay/eat, and most places are open later. Also, please keep in mind that there is no Uber/Lyft in Chino Valley!

If you would like to tip your bartenders, please feel free to bring cash as I'm sure they would appreciate it! Otherwise, it is not required. Also, if you plan to go out in Downtown Prescott, be advised that most bars are CASH ONLY.

If you are running behind and miss the bus departing at 4:45pm sharp, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft up to the venue. You can catch the bus on the way back after the wedding if you'd like. **You can take an Uber from Prescott to Chino Valley, just not the other way around!**

Yes! If you drink more than you anticipate, please do not drive home!! Feel free to leave your vehicle and travel back to Prescott with us on the party bus!

Yes! The bride and groom will be continuing to celebrate with anyone who is wanting to join! This will be done via the "Party Bus" back to Downtown Prescott. If you'd like to join, please be sure to indicate that within your RSVP in the transportation section.

While we love all the little ones; unfortunately we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our reception. We hope you understand and that you can still celebrate with us on our big day! If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
