So many options coming out the states. My preferred option, especially for 1st class, is Delta airlines. It's the best experience going out of the country. There are no direct flights to Koh Samui so you will need to connect. The best connecting airlines are Emerates for luxury. Another option that is efficient is connecting through Singapore via Bankok airways. There is many more options depending on budget.
