Despite one or two terse conversations on their middle school campus, Kevin and Julia did not truly meet until a fortuitous journey in a Ford Taurus in the early fall of 2010. Kevin was immediately smitten. Quickly, a friendship formed. And then, after merely 18 months and only after being directly confronted by Julia, Kevin bravely admitted that he had a huge crush on her. Over the next year and half, Kevin and Julia supported each other, grew together and loved each other.

Unfortunately, young love was no match for distance and the two sweethearts parted ways. Then in the fall of 2017, despite distance and through fate and a genuine friendship, the two reconnected in a time when they both needed the other’s presence and support the most. Through the last 7 years, the two lovebirds have resumed supporting, growing with, and loving one another. They have leaned on each other through new careers, new degrees, new jobs, and new places.

Next Julia and Kevin will gather with friends and family on April 5th in Austin, Texas to celebrate their love and mark a milestone on their continuous life together. The two could not be more excited.
