SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
Shuttles will begin picking up at 3:30pm EST and running until 4:30pm EST to Nichols Heir.
The first departing shuttle from Nichols Heir will begin at 8:30pm EST and will run through the event conclusion at 10:00pm EST.
How do I RSVP and when do I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by Monday, July 21st. Due to the nature of our reception please RSVP so we can ensure you have a seat at a table. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity, as we are going to be sending headcounts to our vendors soon after this deadline!

What time should I arrive?
We ask that guest arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy a pre-ceremony drink and a have enough time to find a seat! The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.
What is the attire?
We want everyone to dress up with us! We are requesting everyone arrives in Formal - Black Tie Optional attire. Women should wear a mid-length and floor length dress. Men should wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie.
If I am traveling in, where should I stay? - Cabin Option
There is the cutest community of cabins, Hidden Mountain Resorts EAST. There is a variety of cabin sizes (1 bedroom - 7 bedrooms). Some options sleep up to 22 people! These are best for guest planning on coming in Friday as there is a two night minimum. We will have a shuttle picking up and dropping off at the front of the community. If I am traveling in, where should I stay? - Hotel Option
We have 3 hotel options that are in Pigeon Forge and all located next to each other making it simple to utilize the shuttle services! You are more than welcome to book elsewhere in Sevierville.
How do I get to the venue?
There are a few options:
Driving:
You may drive and park at the venue, there is plenty of parking to accommodate everyone.
Shuttles:
We will provide transportation shuttles from Hidden Mountain Resort and from the Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge. Please look below for schedule.
Ride Share:
You are able utilize Ubers, Lyfts, etc.
What is the schedule of the shuttles?
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the night and enjoy it safely. We will provide shuttles to a central point that all of our guest staying in or near the places listed in the travel tab!

If you miss the shuttles, then you will be responsible for your commute. The lodging listed in our travel tabs are 5-15 minutes from the venue!
If I plan to utilize ride share, should I schedule drivers?"
Due the the area, we recommend that you schedule your ride! If you are getting to wedding that way, please have them drop you off by 4:30. I would schedule them to pick you up by 4:10! If you plan on getting home that way, please have them scheduled to pick up at or after 10:20! We plan on having our send off at 10:00pm, but we do not want ride shares waiting for you so please make sure they are scheduled after the send off is done!
If I drive to venue and want to leave car, can I get it in the morning?
Yes, you can leave your car at the venue but they do not get back to the venue in the morning until 10am so you will have to wait until the venue opens to retrieve car.
Can I bring a plus one?
We will only be able to accommodate the amount of seats listed on your RSVP/Invitation. Thank you for understanding! If you have questions, please let us know!
Are children welcome?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children, if not, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out and celebrate with us!
Can I take pictures at the ceremony?
We know you’re excited and so are we! However, we ask everyone to please refrain from using their cell phones or taking photos during the ceremony. Please keep phone and pictures away until after we say "I do"!
Will the events be inside or outside?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside! The ceremony will be under a pavilion in hopes to keep our guest out of the summer sun! Dinner and reception will be inside!
What time will the reception end?
We will have our big exit at 10:00pm as Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Allen! Shuttles to follow after!
