How & when should I RSVP?

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending” or “declining”. Please RSVP before February 14, 2025. All RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Harmony Hall Estate at 1400 Fulling Mill Rd Middletown, PA 17507

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that all guests wear semi-formal garden party attire. Pastel colors and florals are encouraged! Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones. Please no jeans or denim.

Where should we park?

When you arrive you will drive past the ballroom and there is a parking lot located at the end of the road.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 pm so please aim to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones! However, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Will the wedding be outside?

The ceremony will be taking place outside on the lawn. Both the cocktail hour and reception will take place in the ballroom directly across from the ceremony location.

What should I do if I can't attend?

You will certainly be missed! If you are unable to attend, we do ask that you promptly reply "no" on your RSVP so we can ensure an accurate guest count. We also invite you to help us celebrate in other ways, such as, prayers, letters of encouragement, or even visiting our wedding registry to send us a little gift! We are deeply hoping all of our guests can join us on this special day, however we understand that things happen and if things get in the way, don't be afraid to let us know.
