Once upon a time during Labor Day weekend in 2017, on a “Brick Sunday” to be exact, Ramon and Juliana both decided to enjoy their night at Wynwood. We all know where this story is going... as we typically call it "A Miami Love Story". The night started with some hiccups, but as the night went on Ramon and Juliana danced the night away. At the end of the night neither of them knew the other’s name, but that did not stop Ramon from giving Juliana his phone number. After many "Julie text him, he keeps asking for you"... Julie decided to text Ramon, and the rest is history (also detailed below, please keep reading). After that message, they talked day and night about anything. They started to get each other mainly through text messages and one or two phone calls. They noticed that they were similar but different at the same time. One of the things they had in common was and still is food. Their dates became a tradition of trying new places, both basic and fancy. They enjoy their dates eating out in basic, new, and fancy restaurants, as well as making some delicious home cook meals, including the regular chicken nuggies. One time when Ramon made plans to go to a fancy restaurant and Julie decided to wear sweatpants, which to say the least was not the proper attire, but that did not stop them from laughing about it and going out to eat anyway. They have gone to new restaurants; Crust, Peacock Garden Cafe, Coyo Tacos, Pilo's street tacos. But their absolute favorite restaurant is A-Mari-Mix. For those that don't know what A-Mari-Mix is the BEST TACO place in town. They HATE tacos, if you couldn’t tell. They also started making delicious home cooked meals which usually consists of chicken nuggies, Ramon's massive amount of pasta, hamburgers with all types of toppings, and any &amp; all food reels they come across. Although their love for tacos (and chicken nuggies) brought them together, most importantly it was the meaning of love. They knew they were going to be able to build an empire if they worked together. They took their time in getting to know one another, the good and the bad. They learned that love is gentle, requires patience and worth it. They had more good days, than bad ones. They started learning to respect one another's bad habits, and though they knew they could not change it, they were willing to accept one another for who they were. They knew destiny and fate brought them together. Even if at the beginning, they were not sure neither wanted to admit they wanted the other as much as they did, ever since once they admitted it and actually started talking, dating, and loving one another, life made it clear that they were meant to be together. Life works in a weird way, if there is anything they know it’s that Juliana’s mom (Ana Maria) sent Ramon to help her navigate the grief losing her mom left, and later we learn that Juliana would be Ramon's silver lining after the passing of Ramon's mom (Diana). Juliana understood that Ramon was not easy with a strong personality (and his inability to be quiet in the mornings), but she's learned to love him for who he is, (morning person and all) and Ramon understood that Juliana had her morning temper and (general) brattiness, and he embraces her and loves her for how she is (most of the time).&nbsp; On 12/29/2019, life got a little better. When we adopted our first four pawed baby, Kylo Nuñez. This was a Christmas present from Ramon to Juliana. She’s never really asked for much (yes she has), but this was something that she’s wanted for a very long time. This day became one of their favorite memories. One that they celebrate every 29th of the month and began the tradition of throwing dog parties. Kylo is the Stitch to Juliana's Lilo. Fast forward to 08/05/2021, the day they adopt Kobe Nuñez (impulsively). And even though he is the town crackhead&nbsp;pretty-boy, he added the "craziness" they didn’t know they needed to their life wih Kobe Nunez. This is Ramon's best friend. Kobe is the definition of the second child. He has a special personality one that drives you crazy and makes you love him so much all at the same time.&nbsp; They also love to travel. They have gone to New York, Chicago, Key West, Colombia and Punta Cana, and many Orlando trips in between and many more to come. Another love they have in common is their love for sports. Their favorite thing to do is Sunday football even though this house is divided by "Let’s go Dolphins" and "Let’s go Patriots". Pretty crazy that a Dolphin fan said yes to a Patriots fan... but here we are. Their child will be the tie breaker (did Julie really just think that?). They also enjoyed time going to live sports games, like hockey, basketball, tennis, baseball, and football. Although Ramon is the athletic one here, he played football in school and now occasionally plays flag football with his friends, and Juliana will occasionally go enjoy crossfit and then some fries. They have decided to travel 1,514 miles and gather their favorite people to say "I do”. They became one long before they legally become one, because they know that together they will accomplish anything.

Now a days it is a party of 4.

Welcome to Medellin, Colombia 

Colombia has a ton to offer in terms of destinations, from Cartagena, to Santa Marta, to Bogota, but…&nbsp;ask anyone who’s been to Colombia, is from there, or has lived there and they will give you one single piece of advice — Make sure you visit Medellín.&nbsp;Once in its depths, visitors are seduced by the locals’ (known as Paisas), passion for music and dance, as well as their sincere kindness and affection. In the daytime, the temperature tends to be comfortable, so take time to wander through diverse neighborhoods, sample local cuisine, and sip on exotic fruit juices. Then when night comes to the streets, dance to the beat of salsa,&nbsp;vallenato&nbsp;and reggaeton.

What To Know Before Visiting Medellín

Safety:&nbsp;It is recommend not to show off valuables, avoid walking alone at night and book accommodations that are in safe zones. Transportation: The metro is the safest form of transportation. The metro is easy to use, just buy tickets before and enter the gates. Uber is also recommended or have your hotel call you a trusted taxi.&nbsp; Money: The local currency is the Colombian Peso. You will need to have cash on you for some vendors, so I would recommend pulling money out at a local ATM from a trusted bank. Most restaurants/cafes will accept a credit card as well.&nbsp;

Medellín Weather

The weather in&nbsp;Medellín is different from the rest of Colombia due to its elevation. During the day it can get hot and humid and at night it will cool off. The winter months are cooler so be prepared for a light jacket and sweater.

Medellín dress-code

Dress in&nbsp;Medellín is not like Cartagena. Walking around in flip flops and cut-off shorts is not recommended as you’ll stick out. The dress is very proper and rivals that of Manhattan. Men are typically in collared shirts and pants and the women dress incredibly well. To go out, pants and blouses for dinners are recommended. In other words "dress to impress".

- OCI.mde:&nbsp; a modern take on Colombian food. It’s upscale and the restaurant has a ton of energy. *Reserve in advance.- Vaggart:&nbsp;This is the rooftop restaurant at the Art Hotel and the food was really good. It is more of a bar menu. - Empanadas at the corner of Avenida Caraboobo and Calle 52: At Plaza Botero. - Burdo:&nbsp;Popular spot for both drinks and casual bites.- El Tejadito: Come here for stuffed arepas, so delicious!- Cerveceria Libre: For a local brewery, come here and try their beers on tap. - La Bronco:&nbsp;Favorite cocktails were here. They also have food!- Coffee at:&nbsp;Pergamino, Rituales or Cafe Velvet.
