The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM to give yourself time to find a seat!

We would like everyone to wear semi-formal attire. We suggest guests wear suits, button-downs, or dresses. Our colors are shades of green and light pink, although you do not need to dress in those colors. We ask that you avoid any white or shades of white.

Although we would like to accommodate everyone, due to limited venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

We have rooms blocked at the Hyatt House in Minot. There is more information about this in the "Travel" tab on our website.

Yes, there is a parking lot right next to the reception area. You can leave your car there overnight, but it must be moved by 9:00 AM the following morning.

There will be a shuttle available, running before the ceremony, leaving at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The shuttle will run after from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, for those who are staying at the Hyatt House. This is only for those staying at Hyatt House.

Our dinner will be buffet style, with options of ham or grilled chicken, baby baked potatoes, green beans, and a dinner roll. For kids, they will bring out chicken strips and fries directly to the table.

There will be water, lemonade, and coffee available. There will also be a bar where you can purchase alcoholic beverages.
