We are asking guests to arrive at 4:00PM. The Ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 4:30PM and any tardy guests will not be allowed in until after the ceremony has ended.

The attire is Formal. This would mean floor length gowns and suits or tuxedo would be appropriate.

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same location. There is parking onsite. For anybody wearing heels- I would recommend being dropped off in the front while someone else parks the car. The parking lot pavers have large holes in them that can make it tricky (but not impossible) to walk in heels

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting), the reception will be inside.

For the ceremony, we ask all guests to please be unplugged and put away all phones. We would love to have our guests be present in the moment and not on their phones. We will have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture every moment!

We have reserved 2 hotel room blocks for your convenience! There is more info in the "Hotel Room Block" tab above. If neither of those options would work for you, I would recommend looking in the Lake Mary, FL area as this will put you approximately 20 min away from the venue. If you choose to stay near the theme parks (fun!) just keep in mind it can be about 45 min away and there can be unpredictable traffic so please plan accordingly.
