Once upon a January in 2020, at the oh-so sophisticated watering hole known as Swallows in Syracuse, NY, destiny threw two unsuspecting souls together. Enter a loud and vivacious Daniel, who noticed a very tall and unfamiliar woman, Julianna. He inquired about her drink preference, where his faith in love was quickly tested when she responded with" a Bud Light". Daniel took a moment, but decided to look past the beer to the woman holding it, and thank the stars he did! Fast forward through 2.5 years of eagerly awaited reunions, long drives, and countless FaceTime sessions. Nights were often spent staring into each other's pixelated faces until, quite literally, their eyelids gave up for the night. Most would call this madness, we prefer the term 'dedicated love'. Summer of 2022 saw another twist in our tale. Daniel took the plunge and moved down to Long Island, closing the distance and beginning a new chapter with Julianna. Together, they began weaving their shared story, filling pages with adventures, laughter, and memories. On the evening of the 27th of December at the Lake House on Canandaigua, Daniel took a knee and asked Julianna the million-dollar question. Spoiler alert: She said yes!
