Our dress code is black tie optional. We recommend men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Women may wear an evening gown or other formal cocktail dress. Our ceremony and reception are indoors, in air-conditioned venues.

Due to venue capacity limitations, we can only accommodate guests who are specifically listed on your invitation. The invitation and RSVP will indicate whether you may bring a guest.

We recommend that guests arrive no later than 2:20pm, as the ceremony will commence promptly at 2:30PM.

St. Joan of Arc has plentiful street parking in front of the Church and Parish office along Central Avenue (near the intersection with 42nd Street). Additionally, guests may park in the school parking lot off 42nd Street and Park Avenue.

Hotel Carmichael offers valet parking for a charge, as well as limited free parking in front of the hotel and underground in the hotel’s garage. Additionally, guests may park for free at the nearby Veterans Way Garage, or the slightly farther Civic Square Garage. Finally, Uber/Lyft may be a good alternative form of transportation for the evening.

Please clearly note in your RSVP, in the pertinent section, any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We will work with the venue to accommodate as best we can.
