We had plans Sunday evening to celebrate our friend's Danielle and Fabrizio's engagement in Northport, they had gotten engaged the week before. Chris picked me up around 5:15 to head down to Northport to meet up with Danielle and Fabrizio and their family and friends. Just as we were parking I recieved a text from Danielle saying they were picking someone up and then would be on their way. Chris and I decided to take a seat on one of the benches by the water. We were sitting for about 10 minutes enjoying the scenery, checking periodically to see if Danielle and Fabrizio had arrived, Chris then got down on one knee and proposed! I of course said yes as a few people congraulated us as they walked by. It was a perfect moment. Chris then broke the news to me that there was no celebratory dinner for Danielle and Fabrizio and that Danielle was in on his master plan, I had no idea.

We got back in the car where Chris then suggested stopping at his house quick and then we would go back to my house. We arrived at his house, walked in the front door and both of our families were there to surprise us! I was shocked, everyone knew my plans for that Sunday except me.
