We kindly request that guests dress in Black-Tie Optional attire. Gentlemen, please wear a black tuxedo, or a dark suit and tie. Ladies, please wear a dark, floor-length evening dress, a formal tea-length or ankle-length cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the courtyard. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved upstairs (on the 2nd floor of the venue) and cocktail hour will occur on the first floor. Please wear the appropriate attire for this evening event. For October, the average temperature in Saugerties, NY ranges between 62 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit.

A buffet option will be provided to guests. Guests are welcome to help themselves to as much food as they want. We hope that you enjoy the organic, seasonal, and locally sourced dishes as much as we do! There will be vegetarian, dairy-free & gluten-free options available. Please be sure to note your additional dietary accommodations on your RSVP card.

At this time, since a very limited number of guests have chosen to stay at either hotel that is part of our room block, we have decided to forego shuttle transportation. We encourage guests to drive themselves to the wedding venue located at 2 Ferry Street in Saugerties, NY. If guests are unable to drive themselves, we recommend scheduling an Uber, Lyft or taxi ahead of time. Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the area, so planning ahead of time is crucial. Additionally, Key Car Services in Saugerties is an excellent taxi service in the area. You may call them at (845) 532-2381 to schedule your transportation.
