*Why am I marked as declined invitation after 04/20/2023?*
April 20, 2023 was marked as the last day to RSVP for our wedding. If you did not RSVP by that time, The Knot automatically marks you as declined. If you do wish to attend, contact Brandon or Julie ASAP so we can manually change the response. We would love to celebrate with you!
The basics: when and where?
Saturday May 20, 2023 at Waldenwoods: 2975 Old US 23, Howell, MI 48858. We are asking guests to arrive at 4pm for the 4:30pm ceremony. This will be immediately followed by a cocktail hour and then our reception all at the same venue.
When do I RSVP by?
Please RSVP online, using this website, no later than April 20, 2023. Please note the few important questions when RSVPing, including dietary restrictions.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available on site at the venue!
What time should I arrive?
Please aim to arrive at 4pm for a 4:30pm ceremony. We will have signs posted for directions but we want to ensure everyone has enough time to get to the correct place, park, and find a seat!
What is the dress code?
We love an excuse to see our favorite people in fancy clothes and request semi formal/cocktail! This would include suits and dresses. Please no denim.
The ceremony will take place outside so please dress accordingly for Michigan weather!
Can I take photos?
Our wedding will be an unplugged ceremony. This means that we do not want any of our guests taking photos on their personal devices during the ceremony. Please just be present in the moment and let our photographer do the work! During the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you would like.
How can I share the photos I take?
Friendly reminder that our ceremony is unplugged! This means please no phones or cameras during the ceremony. Let our fantastic photographer do her job. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you would like! As we are (not so patiently) waiting for our professional photos, we would love to scroll through yours. Please share via a shared google photo album. A QR code will be available to scan at the wedding. You can also share your photos on social media using our wedding hashtag: #MyRamonAndOnly
Do you have a wedding hashtag?
We are trying to remain young and hip, so of course we have a wedding hashtag. Feel free to use #MyRamonAndOnly when posting wedding photos!
Can I bring someone?
In order to keep a strict size, we had to make some tough decisions about plus ones. You are only able to bring a plus one if your invitation specifically specifies so. This is also true for kiddos! We encourage you to think of this as a night out for yourself.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!
Is there a registry?
Yes! We are registered through Amazon as well as Crate & Barrel. We also have two cash funds set up through The Knot. Please see the Registry page for more details. There will be a table set up at the reception for any cards or gifts that people so graciously bring!
If I am traveling, where can I stay?
We will be reserving a block of hotel rooms at two separate hotels as well as a few rooms on the venue property. Check the Travel page for additional information!
