Konnor and I had met at the beginning of our school's fall semester in 2022. We shared a class, were on the same hall at school, and ended up going to the same church. After a while, we found ourselves in the same friend group and through that ended up developing a really sweet friendship.

I had been volunteering as a leader in our student ministry at church and Konnor became a leader when we got back to Louisville after that first winter break. Our friendship grew as we began sharing with one another our personal desires for a lifetime of ministry. I think it was through these conversations and shared interests that our feelings for one another changed.

On March 26, 2023, Konnor asked me to be his girlfriend! I was over the moon. Since that day, we have grown more in love with one another each day. Konnor and I were lucky to have been able to serve as interns at our church over the summer, it was in these moments and tasks that we found ourselves desiring to spend the rest of our lives together.

Then on November 19th, we experienced the most joyful and wonderful day when Konnor proposed while we watched the sun set over the Ohio River, a day we will never forget.

This brings us to now, where we get to plan the beginning of our forever and are so excited to celebrate the start of our next chapter with each of you! Thank you all for your love, encouragement, and support over our relationship, we are so excited to commit our love to one another on July 27th and we are so grateful to each of you for the roles you have played in shaping us as individuals and as a couple.
