The ceremony will start at 4 pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early as guest admittance to the venue is not permitted prior to 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Our dress code is dressy casual. The ceremony will be under a pavilion followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception.

We are so blessed with a large family and an abundance of friends! Because of the size of our venue, we are unfortunately limited. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only, and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one unless otherwise stated on the website when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Because our wedding is in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area and is on Memorial Day weekend, we STRONGLY recommend allotting extra travel time due to traffic concerns. That being said, the venue is easily accessed from Veterans Boulevard and is less than a mile off the highway.

The venue has two parking areas, one to each side of the reception hall. It is our experience that Uber/Lyft are in limited supply in this area.

Guests will walk uphill on a paved sidewalk from the parking areas to the ceremony location. However, anyone unable to walk up the hill can be driven up the hill behind the cottage to be dropped off at the pavilion. Cars cannot be parked there, however. Please contact the bride or groom for more details if this applies to you or someone in your party.
