Zack and I met on December 8th, 2017. I took the day off work to do some shopping with my mom for my birthday, so we popped into Subway for lunch (our fav!). We walked in and standing in front of us was this gooood looking guy **mom starts nudging me uncontrollably as I try not to start giggling**. After he got his food, he went to sit down. So we decided to do the same. My mom says to me, "you're giving him your number!" Anybody who knows me, knows I'm WAY too shy for that. So I said, "YOU go give him my number." Mom and I cooked up the master plan of how she'd chase him down in the parking lot to give him my number written on our receipt. When he got up to leave, I never saw my mom move so fast. She caught up to him before he got into his car (as I'm watching from inside, absolutely mortified) and gave him my number. He called me a half hour later and the rest is history. Talk about the ultimate wing-MOM! Our first date was two days later.

We both agree that 12/8/2017 was fate and God had a plan to put us in each other's paths that day for a reason.

Zack and I love spending time outside biking, hanging out with a nice bonfire going, trying new food together (cooking and eating of course), and our favorite... golfing! We have so much fun together, it really doesn't matter what we're doing.

Zack popped the question on Mackinac Island, which he knows is my favorite place in the world to visit. It was such a beautifully special day, one that we'll remember forever. And I'm so glad he got it all caught on camera - Great job planning that, Zack :)

We absolutely cannot wait to share our love with all of you on our big day!
