The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all be held on-site at Evergreen Lake House. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the outdoor deck(s). The reception will be inside and outside throughout the night.

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up with us, as long as you can still boogie on the dance floor! Semi-formal attire is our dress code preference.

Due to limited space at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically included on your invite. When you RSVP for our wedding online, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Again, those guests that are invited, including kids, will be indicated on your RSVP on our wedding website. Please keep in mind that our venue, Evergreen Lake house, is located ON Evergreen Lake. You will be in charge of supervising your kid(s) and keeping them safe.

There is parking at Evergreen Lake. However only a small number of spots are reserved for event(s) at the lake house. We suggest car pooling with other friends/family members if possible.

Complimentary transportation will be provided between Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen and Evergreen Lake House. Shuttles will begin to pickup guests at 4:00 PM and continue to rotate until the last shuttle pickup at 4:30 PM. Shuttles will transport guests back to the hotel beginning at 10:00 PM.
