Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place on an outdoor deck. A fully indoor reception will follow. Please dress to be comfortable spending the afternoon outside.

In order to stay within the capacity limit of our venue, we are unable to offer everyone a plus one. Those who have been offered one will find this on their wedding invite.

While we love your little ones, we would like parents of infants and toddlers to enjoy a night off. If your child or children have not been named on your invitation please make arrangements ahead of time to leave the kids at home so you can enjoy celebrating with us.

There is a large parking lot directly in front of our venue. Parking is free and overnight parking is permitted. RVs are also welcome to park at the venue overnight. There are no hookups for hydro or water but the venue has a designated bathroom and shower for those using an RV.

Please wear formal attire and be prepared to spend a couple of hours outside. The bridesmaids will be wearing dusty rose.

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will make our best effort to accommodate you. Dinner will be buffet style.

We will be having a toonie bar.

Yes, both taxis and Ubers are available in the area but please anticipate a longer wait time. If you experience a driver cancelation while trying to leave the venue, please seek out our Venue Manager, she will be happy to assist you.
