What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Formal attire. Optional Black Tie attire. You can wear any colors except white/ivory! Long dresses, Tuxedos, Formal Suits!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

All of these events will be taking place on the second floor of the Royal Sonesta.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour hall, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is an option of a garage for event self-parking behind the Royal Sonesta for $10. There is also a valet option for $15. (Event validation is at the front) Address of the garage parking is 30 E Lee St, Baltimore, MD 21202. Overnight - $22 and Overnight Valet - $35

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we have a hotel block for our guests. It is limited to 20 rooms. It is first come, first serve. However, there are plenty of hotels nearby such as the Hyatt or Sheraton right across the street.

Is there an open bar?

Yes!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP to us by Thursday, February 29th, 2024. You can either RSVP online or contact us directly.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Yes! There will be a beef, chicken, salmon option. If you require special accommodations such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or others, please let us know ahead of time by RSVP date.

Do you have a gift registry?

As we embark on married life, we are so touched by the generosity shown by our loved ones. In lieu of traditional gifts, we've opted for a house or honeymoon fund registry to help us start our new life together. Are you bringing children under age of 12?

Children under age of 12 will have their own special menu. Please call or email us for more information.

Where will the children be seated during dinner reception?

Just during the dinner time, the children will be seated in a separate room across the reception hall. There will be a babysitter watching over them. They will be served their own plated meal. Self-serving beverage stands are available for them. There will be a couple of games and activities for them. We will be streaming Disney movies on the TV. The children are free to join us after for cake cutting, dancing, and partying.
