Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only inviting a limited number of plus ones. Any plus ones invited have been designated on the invites. Thank you for understanding.
When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by March 31st, so we can get an accurate headcount for food.
What time should I arrive?
Kindly arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins (1:45-2:00pm) to ensure everyone is seated on time. Our venue has strict timing guidelines, and having everyone in place when the ceremony starts will help everything run smoothly. We really appreciate your cooperation!
Will it be an outdoor ceremony?
No, both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, however, in between the ceremony and reception guests are encouraged to visit the gardens as all guests have free admission with the venue rental. See more information about the gardens in our "Things to Do" page.
Will you be livestreaming the ceremony?
There will be no livestream but there will be a recording of the ceremony on YouTube afterwards.
Can I take photos?
To ensure everyone can fully enjoy the moment, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. You may, however, take all the photos you like during the reception. We are working on a way where you can share your photos and memories with us.
How far is the ceremony venue from the reception venue?
It is a 15-minute drive to get from the ceremony to the reception.
What is the menu for the reception?
We will be providing both vegan and vegetarian food options for our guests to enjoy.
What's the weather like in Hot Springs?
It's July, so it will be hot and possibly quite humid, however, there are a lot of trees providing plenty of shade if you decide to go on a hike or walk. Rain is always a possibility. Highs are in the low 90s Fahrenheit (32 Celsius) and lows are in the 80s Fahrenheit (26 Celsius). Both ceremony and reception will be indoors so no need to worry about the heat.
