How do the groomsmen order their suits?
You will need the following order number: 129-113-81. You can go to ANY Men's Warehouse location to get measured and order your suit. From there, you can choose to pick it up at that same store and travel to Destin with it, OR you can have it delivered to the store located in Destin. This is what we will be doing (one less thing to fly with!).
When can the groomsmen pick up/drop off their suits?
Your suits should be ready to be picked up by 10/15/24. You don't have to pick them up this date, that is just when they told us they will be available. They want them returned on 10/21/24. If you are picking up/dropping off in Destin, this should be pretty easy. If you are not, then the sales rep suggested you call your store on the 21st and explain that you are flying back from Florida, and that it will be a few days late. They should be willing to work with you and waive any late fees.

How do I RSVP?
It's easy! You just go to the RSVP tab on our website. From there, you only have to enter one member of your party's name, and you will be able to RSVP for your entire party individually. For example, if you and your spouse are attending, but your children are not, you will be able to select "Yes" for those attending and "No" for those not attending, all under the same RSVP.
When you RSVP, you will be given the option for meal choices. Please note, the cheese pizza is intended for children 10 and under.
Please include any of your "must have" wedding dance songs. We are compiling a custom list for the DJ, and we want everyone's input! Nothing is "off limits." (Except country music ;)
If you have a family member that is NOT listed under your RSVP, who would like to attend, please reach out to Julie or Michael. We will be happy to add them to your party so you can RSVP.
Is there a hotel with a block of rooms we should book?
Truth be told, the wedding industry is a BIG DEAL to the folks in Florida. Booking our wedding as we did, aboard a yacht, means that we are not affiliated with a hotel chain. The hotels we contacted all require booking an event through them to be able to reserve a block of rooms.
Additionally, given this is a destination wedding, we have no way of knowing how many days each of our guests will want to stay. We are treating this as a vacation/honeymoon/wedding all wrapped in one, and we are staying a full week. However, we understand that is not necessarily the case for all of you! We wanted everyone to have the freedom to choose their length of stay and the location. We have provided links to some suggested lodging options, but by no means is that list all inclusive. Please feel free to stay wherever you like!
Can spouses attend the bachelor/bachelorette day events?
We absolutely welcome your spouses to join us on that day if they wish! We understand if they cannot because they are watching your kiddos. We won't be offended by anyone choosing to attend or not attend!
What NOT to wear??? According to SunQuest Cruises, we have been asked to inform you of the following:
Ladies, please do not wear spiked heels on the dock. It is very long and made of boards, so heels get stuck easily. Also, we have 2 flights of stairs onboard to get to the top deck.
Where do I park/how do I get to the marina?
Please use Google maps to find us, but let us know if you have any specific questions or problems with locating the marina.
IMPORTANT: According to our wedding planners, parking and transportation in and around the marina can be an issue. We recommend arriving EARLY on Sunday morning if you need to find parking, and also to allow for you to find your way to the marina.
Important Rules and Regulations of the Yacht:
1. For safety reasons SunQuest limits guest access to the dining areas prior to the start of the event.
2. Under no circumstances can alcohol be brought onto the vessel by any guest.
3. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. Per the US Coast Guard, a manifest with all guest’s names must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to your
event date. If a manifest is not provided, guests will be asked to sign in upon boarding the vessel. So please get your RSVP's in ASAP! :)
