The Loggia, Lake Mirror Amphitheatre, and the Magnolia Building are all located in downtown Lakeland, approximately three blocks from the Terrace Hotel. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at the Loggia and Lake Mirror Amphitheatre, respectively. The cocktail hour, which begins immediately upon the conclusion of the ceremony, will be held on the upstairs terrace of the Magnolia Building. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to tour the beautiful grounds of Hollis Garden, located directly next door to the Magnolia Building, until Sunset.

The Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm at the Loggia (guests should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early.) A Cocktail Hour will be held at the Magnolia Building immediately following the Ceremony, and the Reception will begin at approximately 6:15pm.
