Please arrive at the venue by 3:45. The ceremony begins at 4PM and we want to make sure everyone is comfortably seated for when it starts. You can arrive as early as 3:30PM. The venue is at Hidden Valley Music Seminars located at 104 W Carmel Valley Road in Carmel Valley.

Yes! After driving down the steep driveway into Hidden Valley there will be a large field with cones to park cars.

Yes! It is all at the same location.

Yes! It is mostly unpaved, but the ground is sturdy.

The Monterey Regional Airport is the closest, but it is very small. A larger airport is in San Jose, but is about an hour and a half drive from the venue.

We love your little ones! However, children are asked to stay home in order to have an adults-only event. We love you and your children and encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

We ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy the night out and because only service animals are allowed at the venue.

Cocktail or garden party. Aim for a balance between formal and comfortable.

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind that Hidden Valley has some areas of grass, rocks, and dirt terrain.

Yes! We will have a small selection of beer and wine as well as two signature cocktails. There will also be a variety of nonalcoholic drinks. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Carmel Valley is pretty rural, so we recommend planning ahead if you are hoping to use Lyft or Uber services.
