First and foremost, we are so happy and excited to have you all present for our special day.

This is an overview of our wedding- there will be a few different stages of this itinerary, and we will revise and send this out with advanced notice.

1. Booking Your Hotel

We have found a great hotel in the Minori, Italy area that will be close to the wedding venue. We suggest having the rooms from August 4-8th, 2025.

2. Flights to Rome (FCO) or Naples (NAP)

Remember to check dates of arrival as if you depart on the 3rd you will arrive on the 4th in Italy.

3. Transportation

Once you land in Rome or Naples there are a few options to get to your hotel that are listed in order of recommendation.

Rental car -We recommend to fly to Rome and drop off in Rome because we will be going to Rome after the wedding. If you fly into Naples and return to Rome, it will be more expensive to drop the car off at a different location (roughly $400-500 more). Drive time is roughly 3 hours.

Another option is you can take the train from Rome to Naples, and then at then get a chauffeur car from Naples to Amalfi (approx $150) and a very easy way to travel if you do not want to drive.

Charter Bus - Bus will pick you up right from the airport and deliver you to Villa Romana Hotel & Spa. Bus option takes about 5.5 to 7 hours depending on what is available for that date.

**We did look into trains but had 3 transfers and needed a taxi to get to the hotel and was roughly $200 per person one-way. You can look into this through Rome2Rio or other sources if you wish.

3. Rehearsal Dinner

We are looking into the venue for this and will let you know more information as we solidify this. Take note that this will take place the night of August 6th 2025 approx 6pm.

4. The Wedding Day

All information will be in the wedding invitation but here is the list of the specifics for you prior to sending them out.

5. August 8th-To Rome We Go!

We leave afternoon of August 8th, and stay overnight the 9th in Rome, until the morning of the 10th (Cruise Day)

● Use your means of transportation from Villa Cimbrone to Rome.

● We suggest getting a hotel on the westside of Rome which is close to the airport and the Cruise

terminal.

We suggest booking your flight on the 18th, but you can book it for the 17th later in the day as the cruise returns in the morning of the 17th.
