Q + A

Accommodations?

BC is a great place to travel, hence we picked this as our destination. We advise you stay in the Langleys during the wedding. We have Hotel Blocks at Sandman Signature Langley Hotel from July 16-18. Visit the Accommodations & Transportation tab for more info.

Transportation

If staying at Sandman Signature Suites in Langley, to get to the venue will only be a 12-minute drive. Taking an Uber is also an option.

Parking: is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes! There is room for about 40 cars to park next to the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing a taxi or carpooling with an individual(s) who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

Plus ones & Kids: are they welcome?

We have tried our best to simplify the RSVP process and therefore everyone’s name is specified on the invitation. “Plus one” will be written out for you! As far as kiddos go, we love ALL children, we really do. Due to space & numbers we sadly have had to limit children to immediate family members/it has been indicated on your invitation/RSVP form. We encourage you to use this event as a date night!

RSVP: when should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 28, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Late RSVPs

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Gift Registry: do you have a gift registry?

We have decided to not do the traditional gift registry as we have all the household items that we need. However, if you feel inclined to give, a cheque or cash would give us a lift. This could help with our honeymoon spends or when a home is in need of a mend. Please don’t be offended at our request, as our day will be complete just having you as a guest.

Dress code: what should I wear?

See below for our suggested colours. For women: It’s summer so feel free to pick light and airy florals and patterns For men: While a suit would be ideal, a light blazer jacket would be great paired with a nice patterned shirt. We can’t wait to see your outfits!
