Yes, we have reserved room blocks at the InterContinental Buckhead for your convenience. Rooms must be booked by March 12, 2027 to obtain our block rate. These special rates include: 20% Dinner discount at The Americano, $10 Credit per day for guest room mini bar, and $10 Credit per stay at Spa InterContinental

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at the Windsor Garden (just outside the lobby doors) by 5:00 PM to be seated.

The hotel offers valet and self-parking; a complimentary shuttle serves destinations within a 2-mile radius.

The Welcome Party is Cocktail attire. The wedding is Black Tie Optional, Formal required. The Goodbye Brunch is Business casual.

April in Atlanta typically averages in the low 70s with a light breeze. The ceremony will be held outdoors; the reception will be indoors.

We are so excited to celebrate with you. Due to strict venue capacity limits, we are unable to accommodate additional guests; only those named on your invitation are included. If a plus‑one is permitted for your invitation, their name will appear on your online RSVP.

Children are welcome to attend all three days of events! The hotel provides complimentary cribs upon request, and children’s plates will be available for guests ages 1–12.

We can accommodate specialty diets with advance notice. Please list your dietary restriction on your RSVP, so we can coordinate your meal selection and ensure appropriate accommodations. RSVPs are due by February 26, 2027.

We kindly request that guests refrain from using cell phones and personal cameras during the ceremony. A professional production team has been engaged to capture the event, and photos and videos will be shared afterward. Please relax and experience our love in the moment!
