Please note that the booking link is defaulted to 2 nights, so adjust your arrival date accordingly!

To the ceremony 4:30 pm - 4:45pm

For your convenience, transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. A shuttle will depart from the Loews Philadelphia Hotel to the venue at 4:30pm and another shuttle at 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm sharp, so please ensure you are on one of these shuttles or another form of transportation to make it to the ceremony if you’re coming from the hotel!


Returning from reception 10:45 pm - 11:30 pm

The shuttle will also take guests staying at the hotel back to the hotel. The first shuttle back will be around 10:45pm and again at the end of the reception around 11:30pm. The shuttles will only run during these two listed times, so please plan accordingly! Please feel free to also uber or drive yourself, as there is parking at the venue :)
