Please note that while there is parking at the Loews Hotel, there is a parking fee per day!
“Valet parking is available on-site for overnight guests. The valet entrance is located on the 12th Street side of the hotel. Current valet rates $60.02 per night and is inclusive of tax (subject to change). The nearest self-park option, not affiliated with the hotel, is located across the street from the hotel’s valet entrance on 12th Street, and there are many other self-park options within a couple blocks of the hotel. *Note: The valet garage is operated by a third-party vendor, and Loews is not responsible for the parking rates.”

To the ceremony 4:45pm

For your convenience, transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. A shuttle will depart from the Loews Philadelphia Hotel to the venue at 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm sharp, so please ensure you are on the shuttle or another form of transportation to make it to the ceremony if you’re coming from the hotel!

Returning from reception 11:15pm

The shuttle will also take guests staying at the hotel back to the hotel. There will be two shuttles both leaving at 11:15pm after the reception. The shuttles will only run during this time, so please plan accordingly! Please feel free to also uber or drive yourself, as there is parking at the venue :)
