How we met…

Bride POV:

Stephen came by to hang out with his cousin, Ashley, who happen to be my best friend and roommate at the time. We didn’t talk much that day, but shortly after that Stephen and his friends were coming over just about everyday. I worked overnight so I wasn’t always home when they were there, but after a while he started waiting up for me. I’d come home around 7am and he’d be sitting at the table or half asleep on my couch waiting to talk about my day *break sticks*. That's when I knew he liked me...and when I knew I could talk to this guy forever. His bright heart and expressive attitude brought so much joy to my life.

(But really the first time I met Stephen was at a house party we had a my moms house, he came with his lovely cousin Ashley. My whole family knew him as the kid who threw up in the front and back yard.)

Grooms POV:

I had made plans to hang out with my cousin, Ashley, we were chilling at her apartment. The plan was to find some place new to chill at because the current place I was chilling at was not that great. Julisa walked in with her boyfriend at the time and look like she was getting ready to leave. She walked up to me and said "Hey! You're the guy that puked in my front yard!". She recognized me, and I thought "aye I made a good first impression". She offered us a drink and asked if we needed anything, very kind. I started going to their place often, but she wasn't there a lot because she worked a weird schedule...there was this day she came back to her place with some guy from a date she had went on while we were all chilling. They had been drinking, but wanted to go What-A-Burger, so she invited everyone to go. We get to the car, Julisa turns to me and asks me to drive us all there. That's when I knew she likes me...

On this day…

We've waited years for this, to trust and love someone so deeply that you promise to share your life with them. here we are doing just that.
