Reservation Method:

It is the Hotel’s understanding that all guest room reservations will be made by the individual attendees. Attendees must specify that they are with the Brownrigg/Gutierrez Wedding Block when making their reservations. All reservations can be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or by an advanced deposit. Guaranteed no shows will be billed to the individual attendee. Reservation requests received after the above date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel front desk directly at 952-469-1134.

To secure the exclusive Wedding Block rate online guests should enter their check-in and check-out dates, select Group Rate from the drop-down menu rate preference and enter the provided code BGB. You do not need to check in on 10/3.

Billing Instructions:

Room, tax and incidental charges (phone, sundries, meals, etc.) will be the responsibility of the individuals. The Hotel requires that individuals establish payment in the form of a credit card or cash deposit at the time of check in.

Parking & Shuttle Service:

Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. We will NOT be doing a shuttle, please utilize a rideshare service.

Wristband Policy:

The hotel enforces a wristband policy in our pool area & atrium on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. The wristband policy applies for children and adults, as well as registered guests and visitors. The quantity of wristbands received is as per room type. The Holiday Inn & Suites Lakeville’s wristband policy is in place to monitor the hotel’s registered guests, as the hotel must not exceed occupancy standards defined by the State of Minnesota.
