The venue is about an hour south of the SLC International Airport.

Salt Lake City International Airport

If you stay anywhere in Salt Lake City or south of SLC you will be within an hour or less of the venue. The couple lives in Herriman, UT, and recommends the following neighboring cities from farthest from the venue to closest to the venue:- Sugarhouse, UT- Draper, UT- Lehi, UT- American Fork, UT- Provo, UT

Donut Falls is a local favorite up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Big Cottonwood Canyon has several sharp turns so please be safe and careful when driving. You will see a parking lot to the left of the road 9 miles up the canyon. If the trail gate is open you can drive up the road and see if there is parking farther up the trail. The farther lot is small so usually it is full. Once you walk down the path you can take the trail to the left. The trail is about 1.5 miles and takes around 45 minutes total. This trail is considered Easy/Moderate.

Donut Falls Summer Trailhead

Timpanogos Cave is worth the hike but is strenuous. It is a 1.5-mile paved trail, which raises 1,092 ft to an elevation of 6,730 ft above sea level. The hike takes about three hours. You will notice several spots with markings on the trail. Those are avalanche areas so you should not stop at those sections. If you go wear good shoes and bring lots of water. There is a small parking lot at the beginning of the trailhead. You do need a pass to park in this canyon. There is a Visitor's Center or you can look online.

Timpanogos Cave National Monument

Bridal Veil Falls is up Provo Canyon. The parking lot is on the right side of the Canyon. Look for signs, it can be easy to miss. There is a short walk to the bottom of the falls that is very easy and suitable for all ages. If you would like to hike to the top of the falls you can walk past the falls and the trail will be on the right. It is a quick and moderate hike that takes about 30 minutes and is less than a mile.

Bridal Veil Falls

Park City is about 30-45 minutes from most cities in the SLC Valley on the east side. The downtown area is pedestrian-friendly and has cute boutiques, art galleries, and lots of snowboarding and skiing shops. There is also an outlet mall close to downtown Park City. Nearby you can also go to the former Olympic areas. You can slide down different luge-style slides at the Park City Alpine Slides.

Park City Main Street Historic District

If you are planning on visiting any of the National Park we would highly recommend ordering a National Parks pass in advance. They are $40 for a year pass. If you do not order one in advance you will have to pay around $20 per park you visit. Utah National Parks:- Zion National Park-Bryce Canyon National Park-Capitol Reef National Park-Arches National Park-Canyonlands National Park If you decide to go in the opposite direction. The Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone National Park are both north of Jackson Hole , Wyoming and are close enough to each other to see in the same weekend. (about 5 hours from SLC)
