There is plenty of parking on site, there will be signs and staff guiding you the entire day. The Ceremony, Cocktail hour and reception are all within a few feet of each other. We will be walking up steps to get from cocktail hour to the reception, there is an elevator but please let one of the staff know if you require use of the elevator and they will assist.

Semi Formal

UPDATED: Shuttles will be at the Hotel starting at 3pm leaving no later than 3:10pm so we can have a prompt 4pm ceremony start time. The Shuttles can fit up to 80 people both before and after the wedding (which should be plenty). Please keep in mind check in for the hotel is 3pm therefore please plan accordingly when deciding when to get ready for the day.

UPDATED: Please join us for an afterparty at the Spring Hill Suites in Allentown where light food and beverages will be provided. There will also be a full cash bar from 10pm to approximateely 1am (Bartender's choice on if he stays until 2am). We have a private room rented until 2am for our late night guest.
