WHERE & WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by the date noted on your invitation. If we don't hear from you by the date noted on your invitation we will assume you are unable to attend. You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. The sooner the better!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Don't forget to wear your dancing shoes! While the reception and dancing floor is concrete, please keep in mind the property has grass and dirt terrain. To accommodate the potential heat during July, the indoor space where dinner will be served is air-conditioned.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Formal invitations will be addressed to everyone invited and will be included under your name when you RSVP on this website. If you received a plus one, there is a space to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP.
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Formal invitations will be specific and include the names of every guest who is invited, including children. With that being said, we encourage you to celebrate with us and use this evening as a 'night out' for yourself.
WILL THERE BE OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?
It wouldn't be the wedding of Justin & Hannah without some gluten-free options! Vegan options will also be available. The dinner will be a plated meal, so please be sure to indicate your entree preference on your RSVP.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! Beer, wine & signature cocktail drinks will be served. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate.
IS THERE A RECOMMENDED HOTEL FOR GUESTS?
Yes! Information regarding the suggested hotel can be found under the "Travel" tab. When booking be sure to include the code "WED" in order to receive a discount.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes! There is parking for all wedding guests at the venue. Additionally, there is ADA accessible parking for those who need it.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, but please arrive ahead of time to get seated. The parking lot is located beside the ceremony location, therefore it may be difficult to enter the ceremony space once the ceremony has begun.
WHEN ARE WE SENDING OFF JUSTIN & HANNAH?
We hope you stick around to join us in sending off the newlyweds around 10:15 pm!
IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?
For those who want to keep the party going with us, we will be headed to Bushwackers Saloon at 10:15 located in Tualatin.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?
Yes! We want to ensure all guests get home safely. There will be a shuttle leaving Sage & Social at about 10:15 pm. The shuttle will first transport any guest wanting to be dropped off at the recommended hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle will then be transporting guests who want to join in on the after-party celebration at Bushwhackers. After Bushwackers the shuttle will drop all guests off at the Hilton Garden Inn. If the Hilton Garden Inn is not your final destination for the evening we recommend coordinating an alternative form of transportation to ensure you have a safe ride home.
