The day before our sophomore year of high school, Justin asked Elsie out while walking Elsie's dog. After being just friends for a few months we realized there was a spark and were wanting to pursue it!

Between formals, proms, football and softball games, we graduated high school side by side and were off to college! Our freshman year of college was COVID year so we moved home and decided to transfer to Mount Marty! This allowed for Justin to work on the farm while doing school and playing football and Elsie to play softball and get on the local softball board. Again, between softball games, football games, and many nights with friends and teammates, we graduated college a semester early in December of 2022. Then we entered the workforce in January. Justin works for Marquardt Companies as an accountant and Elsie works for Marquardt/Skyway Transportation as an accountant and driver payroll.

Life is never boring as we always have family events, outings with friends, softball, farming, and chasing our dogs around! We are ready for this next chapter in our lives and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us. We are so excited for our wedding and cannot wait to celebrate with all of our loved ones!!
