How do I formally RSVP? When should I formally RSVP by?
To formally RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope.
Kindly RSVP before April 28th, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Can I bring a guest or plus one/children?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate people named on your invitation. When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! Our dress code is Semi-Formal. Also, prepare for warm weather since the ceremony and reception will be held outside in a covered area with fans.
What time should I arrive? What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30 pm, we recommend guests arrive at 3:00 pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be held in an outdoor covered area with fans. Cocktail hour and the Tea ceremony will be held indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating except for the first couple of rows being reserved for close family. So please choose an open seat wherever you please and enjoy our ceremony. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one/partner).
What is a Tea cermony?
A Tea ceremony is a traditional Chinese wedding tradition, where the bride and groom serve tea to their respective families. It is a significant way to show respect. If you have not been invited to partake in the Tea ceremony, please come watch the Tea ceremony.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. [more details to come]
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar for those 21 and older. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages available.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking the moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
