Where is the wedding?
The wedding is at Silcox Hut, a high alpine lodge above the main Timberline Lodge at Mt. Hood in Oregon.
Shuttles will be available for guests at 5pm and 6pm, all guests must take one of these shuttles from the main Timberline Lodge to Silcox Hut.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids are allowed! There will be a bumpy ~30 minute van ride to and from Silcox Hut. Vans from Silcox Hut will depart at select hours, likely starting at 9 or 10 pm.
Can we get a room at Timberline?
Yes. Rooms may be reserved anytime via Timberline's website (see the link in the Travel section of our site). Use promo code STANDGR when booking!
Guests may also elect to stay in Portland. There will be transportation to Timberline available for guests staying in Portland, if needed. It is approximately 1 hr and 30 min from Portland to Timberline Lodge.
Event timeline for June 15th
Shuttles to Silcox Hut: 2 pm, 5 pm, 5:45 pm (shuttle trip is 30 min one way)
Drinks and hors d’oeuvres: 5:30 pm
Ceremony: 6:30 pm
Dinner: 7:45 pm with champagne toast midway through
Cake cutting: 9:00 pm
Dancing: 9:15 pm
Shuttles back to the lodge: 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm
