In the fall of 2018, Lindsey moved to Cleveland for work. As fate would have it, Justin moved into the same brand new apartment complex. They met in the common area, as it was the only part of the building with working wifi that first month. Justin offered to show Lindsey around Cleveland and after a few months of wining, dining, sports games, bike rides, and an impromptu ski trip, he stole her heart.

About 6 months into their relationship while on their first trip away together, Justin put a cigar wrapper on Lindsey’s finger and told her “maybe I’ll get you something shinier one of these days.” About 4 years later, he finally decided it was time for an upgrade!

Inspired by their favorite pandemic-binged Netflix show, the couple planned a trip to Scotland with some close friends. With a little help, Justin pulled off the perfect proposal on the bridge of the beautiful Eilean Donan castle and of course Lindsey said yes!

As a happily engaged couple, they look forward to celebrating with family and friends on their wedding day in September!
