Can I bring a plus 1?

Due to the venue having a head count already, we are unable to allow additional people to attend the wedding. Those whose names are on the invitations may attend the wedding.

Are kids allowed?

While we love kids, we are choosing to have a kids free wedding. We want the day and night to really be about dancing and enjoying the day with the occasional drink or two!

What time should I arrive at?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 exactly, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This will ensure that you have time to get yourself situated and mingle a bit before the ceremony begins. Additionally, please remember that depending on where you are coming from you will most likely have to go through a toll booth in order to enter Benicia.

What does transportation look like?

We will not be offering transportation. The venue has ample spaces for parking. We ask that you all have a designated driver if you plan to drink during the wedding. If you do not have a set DD then it would be smart to utilize Uber or Lyft!

What’s the weather going to be like?

Our venue is right by the bay so it will be about 5 degree cooler compared to Livermore’s weather! We recommend adding Benicia to your weather app to get an idea of what the weather will be like the week of the wedding. We also recommend bringing a jacket for later in the day! The ceremony is outside and the reception is inside a very nice tent.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by April 21st 2026. Your invitation will include an RSVP card and you will be able to RSVP through this website as well.

What kind of food will we be having?

I thought you’d never ask! For appetizers we will have Crispy Mini Vegetable Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella & Grape Tomato Caprese Skewer, Pulled Pork Canapes with Pineapple Salsa, Smoked Salmon Canapé, a Variety of Domestic & Imported Cheese with Wafers, and Balsamic & Strawberry Crostini. For dinner we will have you choice between 8 assorted salads, bread and butter, seasonal vegetables, Carved Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Charred Lemon Chicken Piccata, and Harvest Grain-Stuffed Bell Pepper. Make sure to leave room for cake!
