Through our first few dates, we bonded over the simpler things; God, music, and college football. But over time, we both felt that this was meant for something great.

It's hard to say when exactly this feeling came, whether it was on spontaneous little Italy date nights, clashes on the beach volleyball court, or dancing the day away at music festivals. Maybe it was the fact that we have been inseparable since our second date. Either way, it became quite clear we would be taking the next step sooner rather than later.

On a European vacation that included stops in London, Florence and Rome, Justin popped the question on the shores of Positano, a coastal city in Italy.
