Twisted X Brewing Company is based in Dripping Springs and specializes in creating handcrafted Texas-American beverages using high-quality, local ingredients. The combination of Texas craft beer with Mexican-style spirit and taste brings this cocktail together. The brewery is available for pub crawls and tastings. Their most popular choices are Twisted X, Cow Creek, and Fuego, but they also have a rotation of fan favorites and seasonal items on tap. The food truck outside serves delectable pizzas, Mexican dishes, and more depending on the time of year. Twisted X Brewing also has live performances, making it a great spot for business gatherings and holiday parties.

The 64-acre property has everything when it comes to outdoor entertainment, recreation and arts, from mini-golf and pickleball to art and sculpture gardens. Seasonal specials are a must—there’s karaoke, fireworks and country music in the summer; Oktoberfest, pumpkin painting, and spooky games in fall; and ice skating and Christmas lights in the winter. While kids wander the colorful grounds, adults can kick back at the shaded outdoor beer garden and taproom featuring local craft beers, hard seltzers, ciders, kombuchas, and Central Texas wine.

Much like the family property it sits on, Tillie’s culinary menu strives to take what’s traditional and familiar and infuses it with an array of international flavors, creating a new set of rules for fine dining in Central Texas.
