Ko'olau Vista, 4:15 p.m. 5:00 p.m. Our wedding ceremony will take place on the beautiful lawn at Ko'olau Ballrooms. Seating will begin at 4:15 p.m. with the ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED. We asked that you silence and tuckaway your electronic devices as well as refrain from using personal cameras. Please enjoy this moment with us. ***There will ONLY be 50 seats available. Please be mindful of our kūpuna.****

Grand Ballroom Lobby 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pupu (cocktail) hour will take place in the lobby area of the Grand Ballroom. Enjoy freshly shucked oysters from Oysters Hawai'i (please remember we only have a limited amount of oysters) and pupu platters from Ko'olau Ballrooms.

Grand Ballroom 6:00 p.m. to PAU (10:00 p.m.). Our wedding reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom. Check in will begin at 5:15 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The reception program will begin shortly after.
