We will have a block of rooms at the Hilton "Rochester Mayo Clinic Area", which is connected to the J. Powers Event Center (where the ceremony and reception will take place). They also have an attached parking garage that can be used by all guests whether they are staying at the hotel or not.
If you don't want to book there, there are multiple other hotels within walking distance.
Note: Book carefully as there are multiple Hiltons (including a Hilton Garden Inn across the street).
Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area
We have a block of rooms reserved at The Hilton (hotel where the wedding is at). There are rooms available for both Friday and Saturday night. This discounted rate is $189/night before tax.

Alternatively, you may also call the hotel directly and mention that you are part of the Proue/Rustin wedding. Their number is 507-2585-757. The last date to make reservations under this block is July 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. There is valet parking for the connected ramp for $32/day, allowing for leaving/re-entry without additional charge.
Alternatively, you may also park at the nearby Ramp 6 for $16/night.
There are other hotels around the area (Hilton Garden Inn, Home 2 Suites, Hotel Indigo, and others in the vicinity as well).
