It all started at 233 Kistler Farm Road where its always a great day to be a Red Imp! Justine and Nate first met at Mooresville Middle School where they both taught 7th grade. What started out as a great friendship filled with afternoon walks, stories, support and singing later turned into a relationship. The couple went on their first date to get ice cream at Tonys. A dive restaurant with delicious milkshakes, ironically less than half a mile from their wedding venue.


After a year of dating, Justine and Nate moved into a home together in Mooresville where they quickly realized a furry friend was needed. They adopted Shadow just two months after moving in and she has been a perfect fit to their busy lifestyle. Shadows calm demeanor meshes with her parents busy late nights and coaching schedules.


Justine and Nate were engaged on December 27, 2024 when Nate drove 10 hours to spend Christmas break with Justine and her family. She was excited to take him on his first adventure in New York City but little did she know that he had a plan up his sleeve! After multiple photo stops Nate proposed in front of the Rockefeller Christmas tree, shocking Justine but no one else because they were all in on the secret! Their engagement dinner consisted of late night McDonalds after adventuring to a Devils vs. Hurricanes hockey game together.


Since first meeting in the 7th grade hallway, it has been 2 1/2 years of love, laughter, live sports, concerts, meats on the smoker, Messy Jessies (the beer from Ghostface that first brought them together) and lots and lots of love.


We can’t wait to celebrate our love with you all on September 12th 2025!
