We love little ones, we really do, however due to many factors including space, we respectfully ask that this is an adult party only. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Due to capacity limits we can only accommodate those names listed on our guest list at this time. If you have questions around this ask the Bride and Groom!

You are more than welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. We just ask that you return for it before 10am as that is a requirement from our venue.

There will be a cash bar on site for mixed drinks, beer, and wine.

August 1st 2025. Please have this completed by then as for this ensures that we have food and space for you.

We do have a shuttle service, they will only provide drop off at River Hill Hotel. Please know that we can’t promise everyone a ride at certain times. Please plan accordingly to make sure that you get home safely.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Dress code: Semi-Formal. Think dresses, dressy skirts and tops, or dress pants and button-down shirts. Please no jeans.
