You will most likely find us here over the wedding weekend, its like our home away from home! If you love a good dive bar feel with amazing wings and stiff drinks then go visit The Peanut! Located on 50th and Main, The Peanut is one of the oldest bars in the Kansas City area and a true Kansas City staple. If you are wanting to explore The Peanut, expect limited seating and at least a 25-30 minute wait on wing order! Cheers!

Farina KC, owned by the head chef Michael Smith is one of our favorite date night spots. Located in the heart of the Crossroads, Farina has a little bit of everything on the menu. We love to sit up at the bar and get that one on one experience with the bartenders. Ordering the Caramelle pasta is a MUST. Everything on the menu from cocktails, to their raw bar, to their pastas and entrees are super yummy! Make sure to book a reservation a couple of weeks in advance!

The Granfalloon located on the Plaza, is one of our favorite sports bars to go to. Whether it's to grab a quick bite to eat, or watch a game with our friends, Falloon is always a good time. Grabbing a high top by the big windows is our favorite spot to hang. Great spot to grab lunch with the fam!

Our favorite little neighborhood spot! Walking distance from our house and Justine's salon, McLain's is a great spot to grab a quick coffee and pastry, or sit down for breakfast or lunch. You can't order wrong here everything is DELISH!

Blackhole Bakery is a Sunday morning tradition for Paul and Justine. The pastries, mochi donuts, and bagels are a must try here in Kansas City. Blackhole is take away only and expect a long line! Make sure to get there early because doors close once they run out!

Jalapeños is a local family Mexican spot we love going to! Located in Brookside, stop by for some yummy food!
